We are looking for a talented leader to join our experienced Sales Operations organization. This leader will be responsible for setting the vision for and continuing to build a market leading, innovative Sales Operations team that will enable our company to scale rapidly.

This role is responsible for leading and managing all Sales Ops functions and maximizing revenue growth through the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales operations programs and initiatives. Critical functions include system management, planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, and sales policy definition and management

The right candidate has worked with a broad portfolio of sales metrics, processes, and tools. Understands enterprise selling processes and has experience with SaaS and commonly used SaaS metrics. Is able to identify process improvements in reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:
  • Setting the vision for our Sales Operations team – we believe that sales operations and the systems and processes that this team owns is a core driver of our ongoing sales and business success
  • Building a thriving Sales Operations team to implement this vision with primary ownership over the systems and processes required to enable our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to prosper
  • Providing overall leadership and day to day management of our Sales Operations team; responsibilities including: systems management, operational execution, reporting, policy definition, and management
  • Developing key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Implementing comprehensive pipeline reporting tools tracking opportunities from lead generation to revenue realization, account development, and retention
  • Assisting in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plan
  • Owning lead distribution and management in collaboration with marketing and sales
  • Leading cross functional initiatives and collaboratinge closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance
The right candidate likely has:
  • 8+ years experience in Sales Operations, SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical, business intelligence skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem and other sales related software and tools
  • Experience in building a service organization that continually improves delivery to our customers
  • Demonstrated focus on being able to translate data and metrics into predictable business insight
  • Ability to lead and facilitate cross company initiatives
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills
  • Ability to create a performance and metrics focused culture; MBA desired, Bachelors Degree in related field required
