Sr. Software Engineer, Developer Experience

As a Developer Experience Engineer at Box, you'll architect and implement consumer-facing features and frameworks using advanced Javascript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS. Working closely with product management, design and marketing, you will own and deliver a developer experience that highly engages third party developers who want to develop on the Box Platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the roadmap for the developer portal and related documentation and examples.
- Partner with developer relations and other engineers to keep the API/SDK evolving alongside developer needs and technology advances.
- Contribute to strategy and vision for the developer community, both online and offline.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience engaging with a developer audience, be it over forums or in person
- Mastery in at least one modern programming language
- Experience programming for the Web
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong UX/Product sense
- Experience in technical writing for developer products is a plus
- SDK development experience is a plus
