Account Manager- Team Manager - HubSpot - Job Board

The Manager of the Customer Success Management team based out of Dublin Ireland, is a key member of HubSpot’s global growth. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Account Managers. This is an opportunity with a tremendous amount of potential for candidates currently in similar or related function as well as for candidates looking to return to a front-line management position after having succeeded and progressed from a similar role before.

The role involves:

  • Manage approximately 7-12 members of the Account Management team
  • Be responsible for the metrics and results of your team
  • Serve as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the skills of your team so they are able to achieve their metrics and career goals
  • Proactively identify areas for innovation and improvement within the Account Management Team, and drive collaborative developments within our existing playbooks
  • Envisioning, planning and implementing programs with other members of HubSpot’s management team to increase customer delight
     

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Customer Success management /Account management experience - with at least 3 years management experience (ideally in the software and/or marketing industry)
  • Day-to-day management responsibilities for account managers in HubSpot’s Dublin office
  • Committed to the development of others
  • Natural problem solver
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Autonomous, can adapt quickly, and balance various responsibilities
  • Comfortable and confident giving direct and constructive feedback
  • Can easily navigate customer escalations to create customer happiness
