RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the customer support team, you will be responsible for :
- Reception and treatment of customer support queries
- Analysis and troubleshooting of customer queries
- Application of customer support policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Listening skills, self-discipline, punctuality, analytical skills, stress management and a sense of quality of service
- Bilingual English/French
- Excellent written skills (in both English and French)
- Strong interest in new technology and the Internet
- Experience in a similar function would be a plus
