Fulfillment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the MRP system to identify and fulfill production work orders.
  • Identify priority and critical shortages and coordinate mitigations.
  • Work with demand planning, Production Scheduling, and Purchasing to facilitate production builds.
  • Develop metrics and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Process design, development, implementation, improvement, and control.
  • Facilitate shortage meetings with key production managers.
  • Coordinate with inventory warehouses and logistics to assure on time delivery of kits to production.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience implementing and/or working with MRP or similar systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of Demand Planning/Fulfillment/Expeditor experience within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • High-volume manufacturing experience in an Aerospace, Automotive, or related industry.
  • TeamCenter or similar CAD experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience implementing or operating MRP or like systems.
  • 1 to 2 years of SQL programming experience is a plus.
  • APICS certification (CPIM). 
  • Great communication skills.
  • Minimum GPA 3.0.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
  • Must be open to working nights and weekends when needed.
