Fulfillment Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Work within the MRP system to identify and fulfill production work orders.
- Identify priority and critical shortages and coordinate mitigations.
- Work with demand planning, Production Scheduling, and Purchasing to facilitate production builds.
- Develop metrics and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Process design, development, implementation, improvement, and control.
- Facilitate shortage meetings with key production managers.
- Coordinate with inventory warehouses and logistics to assure on time delivery of kits to production.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 1 year of experience implementing and/or working with MRP or similar systems.
- Minimum 3 years of Demand Planning/Fulfillment/Expeditor experience within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High-volume manufacturing experience in an Aerospace, Automotive, or related industry.
- TeamCenter or similar CAD experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience implementing or operating MRP or like systems.
- 1 to 2 years of SQL programming experience is a plus.
- APICS certification (CPIM).
- Great communication skills.
- Minimum GPA 3.0.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
- Must be open to working nights and weekends when needed.
