The Lifecycle Team is looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to help us create even more exciting ways to engage with our more than 60M users around the world. As a team, we pride ourselves on creating delightful experiences for our site, emails and other marketing assets. We stay at the top of our game by adapting quickly to feedback and iterating frequently. The Senior Marketing Designer plays a key role by helping us create beautiful visuals that perform against our key metrics. YOU ARE

    • A well-rounded marketing designer and creative problem solver that is equally at home designing a home page, email, infographic or animation
    • Always checking out the latest trends and identifying opportunities to evolve our design language
    • Excited to help others develop their craft, while also learning and developing yourself
    • A team player, who prides yourself on your ability to communicate and contribute to shared goals
    • Unafraid to push the boundaries of the possible in digital design

YOU WILL

    • Offer inspired visual solutions that engage our users, make complex scientific concepts accessible and voice our brand
    • Collaborate seamlessly with copywriters, developers, and marketing managers on the lifecycle team and other teams to create highly polished visual experiences
    • Work closely with the other amazing designers and illustrators on the lifecycle team and help them develop
    • Work in an agile environment using data and analytics to inform user-centered design decisions and rapid iterative improvement
    • Take a marketing campaign end-to-end from an idea to final assets

YOU HAVE

    • 5+ years experience creating fresh and inventive work
    • Design-related degree from a top university
    • Outstanding portfolio of solid, imaginative work
    • Experience in the complexities of designing for international audiences covering the Americas, Europe and Asia
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work on a close-knit team
    • Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
