MRP Planner
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains MRP master production schedule.
- Tracks and monitors manifest and production rate changes.
- Performs critical metric analysis on master production schedule.
- Monitor and Enforce accuracy of part data within MRP system.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of proper bill of material demand tree.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of part and assembly lead times.
- Develop and measure processes ensuring data accurateness.
- Coordinate change management activities within supply chain.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required – Minimum GPA 3.0.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience with data sets, bills of material, lead times.
- Minimum 2 years experience developing master production schedules.
- Minimum 2 years experience with critical path, margin, and float analysis.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Master production scheduling experience in a high volume manufacturer.
- 3-5 years of experience implementing and/or working with MRP Systems.
- 2 – 5 years of experience writing sql data queries.
- Six Sigma certified.
- APICS certification (CPIM).
- PMP certification.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
- Must have Strong written and interpersonal skills.
- Position may require long hours and weekend work.
ITAR Requirements:
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
