We are looking for a dynamic Regional Lead to take charge of our Midwest Revenue Team. This position will work closely with our SVP of Revenue to facilitate the growth of one of Adaptly’s key markets. This person is an energetic leader who knows how to prospect, close and retain high end clients. They will also mentor new and existing team members in the development of their careers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing, mentoring and leading all of Chicago’s Revenue team
- Planning and execution of all regional revenue goals, participate in weekly revenue meetings and ensure pipeline maintenance and accuracy
- Growth and retention of clients, in addition to hands on selling in a player coach role
- Advocating Adaptly’s products and services to key prospects in the MW region
- Key client development with account planning, business reviews with clients, thought leadership and visibility of the market, and finance involvement for key accounts
- Responsible for resource discussions, maintenance and overall growth of high quality local revenue team
- Execute a successful operating system developing and empowering the team through consistent reviews and feedback
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong leadership experience in digital advertising account management or sales
- Previous experience with high value partnerships and a passion for customer focus; proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients
- Deep understanding of the digital media industry with an ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data/research
- The ability to build new customer relationships
- A demonstrated track record of success with established clients
- Proven success and strong relationships with agencies and brands within the MW territory
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal skills
- A passion for social media and ad tech
- Must be proactive, results oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
