Business Development Intern

We are seeking an ambitious intern to support Artsy’s Partner Outreach Team in growing our subscription-based gallery listing service.

The Partner Outreach Team defines and pitches Artsy's value proposition to galleries, driving subscription revenue to sustain Artsy's long-term mission of making art as accessible as music. Working on the Partner Outreach Team is a unique opportunity to not only help build an incredible online resource for the art world, but also be on the front lines of building a business.

Your primary responsibilities include conducting research on prospective gallery partners, pulling and manipulating data to inform outreach campaigns, analyzing the sales pipeline for optimizations, and investigating new sales channels and monetization strategies.

The ideal candidate is an all-around hustler who demonstrates excellent analytical skills and isn’t afraid to get his or her hands dirty in Excel. Undergraduate studies in Art History and/or experience working in the art world are helpful but not required.

The Business Development Internship is based at our beautiful offices in downtown Manhattan, starts immediately, and is 3-4 months in length. This is a paid position and can be either full- or part-time.
