Description

Are you in for an exciting ride? Just like our products, our Learning and Development programs span the globe and so we are on the hunt for someone to help Atlassian drive our key initiatives. The Learning & Development Specialist is a jack of all trades who will be responsible for coordinating administration of our Learning and Development programs. This includes managing training schedules, helping create training guides, and collaborating with counterparts globally . Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players sync for a smooth execution and delivery of trainings.

You will not only manage learning activities, but also play a key role in finding new ways to approach training logistics! Strong organizational skills are also an important piece of the role. If you have a background in training coordination, support projecting , love terms of scheduling, reports creation, documentation, and other tasks related to rolling out training programs - let's talk!
