Account Coordinator, Channel Sales | Centro

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into a Supervisor in the region, the Account Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing live campaigns.  They will work with the Sales, Account Management, Campaign Management, and Publisher Development teams to ensure the campaign is delivering and meeting the goals and objectives the client set forth.  An understanding of how Centro creates a “Raving Fan” culture among its clients is a must!

 

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Publisher Solutions Group is dedicated to transforming our publisher partners into full-service digital media consultants through innovative technology, managed services and strong relationships.  

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of digital advertising campaigns against delivery and revenue fulfillment using multiple reporting systems
  • Creating wrap up reports at end of campaigns
  • Foster relationships with both Channel Sales partners and external publishers
  • Act as the liaison between Campaign Operations, Account Management, and Sales
  • Facilitate order processing and approval of Insertion Orders
  • Responsible, in conjunction with Campaign Manager, for timely launch of campaigns
  • Responsible for gathering screenshots for launching campaigns
  • Facilitate order revisions and approvals of revised Insertion Orders from clients and with external publishers
  • Proactively recommend optimizations to Clients, Account Manager and Sales based on campaign performance
  • Assist Finance in billing executions and discrepancies
  • Prepare end of month billing and reporting for finance team and clients
  • Support Sales and Account Management in responding to client requests and special projects as necessary


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Related internship experience or 1 year of work experience
  • Interest in advertising & media planning
  • Heavy attention to detail
