Box Retain Manager
In a SaaS company, customer retention is one of the primary drivers of business performance. As a Manager of the Box Retain team, you will be working directly with executives and key senior leaders on critical business opportunities that have a positive impact on our customers. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing to identify and drive business initiatives to improve customer retention. This includes opportunity identification, business plan development, project management with cross-functional working teams, and syndication with executives as required. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who is impact driven and has a go-getter mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop highest-impact strategies for how to retain customers (opportunity identification + business case development)
- Manage the end-to-end, innovative approaches to test, fix, or implement them
- Gather and lead cross-functional teams to make it happen
- Support Box Retain program analytics, reporting and overall project management
- Communicate results and insights with senior leaders (through live discussion and ongoing analysis/reports)
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
- MBA preferred
- 3+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology/SaaS company.
- Experience managing and developing other individuals.
- Experience developing analytical models to facilitate communication with senior stakeholders
- Superior problem-solving and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior-level executives
