Sr. Business Analytics Analyst

We are looking for a super smart and passionate individual to join our Business Analytics team as a Business Analytics Senior Analyst for our Go-to-Market team. In this role, you will own the relationship with senior executives across Sales and Marketing, driving analytical insight into business recommendations and actions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance, design and execute experiments, identify, evaluate and prioritize business opportunities
- Identify key metrics and build executive-facing dashboards to track business progress and assess core initiatives Perform analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities and actions required
- Work hand-in-hand with senior executives from Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to translate insights into actions and business priorities
- Leverage large amounts of disparate data sources by using SQL, Hive, or other scripting and statistical tools
Qualifications
- MS/PhD or MBA from a top-tier institution is required (or equivalent work experience)Strategy consulting experience is a strong plus
- 5+ years of prior experience in an analytics role
- Significant experience with SQL or a major software engineering language (Python, C++,Java) and a willingness to learn SQL
- Familiarity with statistical packages (Matlab, SAS, R) is highly desired
- Work experience in Sales and Marketing a strong plus
- Proven exceptional business and communication skills
