Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager
The Senior Manager, Demand Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns to support sales objectives and deliver highly qualified leads. Those leads will be measured by conversion to opportunity with the goal of driving both new customer acquisition and up-sell. This role supports all Americas segments and has a high degree of cross functional collaboration in order to: understand segment needs, create and define programs and success metrics, ensure alignment with global objectives, and deliver against targets. The ideal candidate has expertise crafting innovative, integrated multi-touch programs and has extremely strong analytical and presentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy, development and execution of innovative, high-impact campaigns designed to meet and exceed marketing and sales targets
- Leverage a broad mix of marketing tactics to generate demand with multi-touch programs across all segments of the business
- Craft a multifaceted media strategy that delivers a consistent, repeatable lead volume
- Drive alignment and collaboration across sales, field marketing, analyst relations, PR, sales and marketing operations, partner, enablement and product marketing
- Partner with EMEA and APJ to ensure campaigns can be leveraged and localized
- Work with the channel marketing team to ensure campaigns are channel ready
- Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies to create and optimize campaigns
- Take a data-driven approach to campaign management
- Analyze campaign performance against established benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommend actions to improve
- Drive effective management of budget and program ROI
SKILLS
- 8-10 years demand generation marketing experience in high tech
- Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans across the buyers journey
- Experience with social media
- Ability to manage multiple projects with flawless execution
- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Passion for cloud technologies
