Director of Acquisition Marketing | Centro

About the Role

The Director of Acquisition Marketing is the business expert to generate demand for Centro services and technology through the strategic planning and execution of inbound and outbound marketing programs to drive revenue, profitability and awareness. The successful candidate is a results-oriented B2B marketing expert who is highly versed in digital marketing with a particular focus on analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop inbound and outbound marketing strategies to support quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Design, execute and measure integrated campaigns across channels including:  webinars, virtual tradeshows, ebooks, email promotions, display, search, social and more
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to align campaign strategy, messaging and benefits with Centro buyer personas
  • Partner with Content Marketing to ensure content deliverables such as email promotions, landing pages and website sections are aligned with program messaging and acquisition goals
  • Manage and optimize the inbound lead process via Salesforce.com and a marketing automation platform, includes scoring and nurturing leads over the lifecycle working closely with Sales Operations
  • Select, establish and manage any agency relationships to support SEM, display and retargeting campaigns
  • Manage marketing programs budget, establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness
  • Responsible for the selection, maintenance and optimization of the marketing automation platform
  • Responsible for the management, measurement and monetization of the Centro corporate website including SEO strategy and execution
  • Management responsibilities include:  a Digital Marketing Manager (FTE), an SEO Strategist (contractor) and a Web Developer (contractor)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, knowledge and experience in advertising technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated B2B marketing programs, including goal setting, budget management and results measurement.
  • Passionate about the latest innovations in digital marketing and a willingness to test-run new practices
  • Extensive experience with marketing automation systems such as Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot, including how these systems integrate with Salesforce.com
  • Very strong analytical skills a must with emphasis on ROI analysis and funnel optimization, strong knowledge of Google Analytics or other leading measurement platforms (KISSmetrics, DOMO, Gooddata, etc.)
  • Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to be part of building something new
  • Requires strong organizational and multiple project management skills with an affinity for consistently producing high-quality work and yield with a customer focus
  • Excellent communicator with superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and flexible team-oriented approach to working with others
