Live Chat Operative - Moz - Job Board

About the Position

We are currently looking for a Live Chat Operative to reach out to customers signing up for Moz Pro and help them get started. You will serve as a product advocate for customers and assist customers that are learning Moz’s products.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years customer service experience required
  • Proficient at writing and speaking English
  • Able to type 60+ words per minute
  • High school or equivalent required; college degree/some college a plus
  • Able to respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program
  • Able to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
  • Able to research customer pain points and make suggestions based on their interests

Spend your time…

  • Helping our 20k+ customers use Moz Pro to build their businesses
  • Helping people set up their Moz accounts
  • Welcoming new customers to Moz
  • Introducing people to the best marketing and learning resources provided by Moz
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Helping people with sales and billing questions

$16/h for 40 hours a week. Shift includes start time of 6 a.m. M-F.
