[Prezi] Ambassador Program Coordinator

Prezi is looking for someone to lead the recruitment, scaling, and day to day management of our global university Ambassador Program, which reached 32 countries this past year. This person will report to the Manager of our Education Matters team and be responsible for driving awareness and demand for Prezi in education, specifically working with university students throughout the world.

Role responsibilities:

  • Scale, recruit, and select university Ambassadors

  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies

  • Conduct online training sessions, and monthly calls with selected Ambassadors

  • Develop an understanding of how to help students optimize their usage of Prezi

  • Provide mentorship and daily support to selected Ambassadors who represent Prezi in their university communities

  • Identify and develop Prezi use cases for specific education verticals

  • Along with the Educator Evangelist, pursue collaborative opportunities to work with teachers and faculty members (conferences, speaking engagements, webinars, workshops, etc.)

  • Work cross-functionally with product management & engineering as an advocate for education

Knowledge and skills required:

  • 3-5 years experience working in Student Affairs &/or a leadership development field

  • Familiarity with using Prezi, or able to quickly learn the platform

  • Ability to execute in a timely manner

  • Excellent written & presentation delivering skills

  • Experience managing a virtual community (university student communities preferred)

  • Experience with internet marketing, social media

  • Experience creating, managing, and organizing events

  • Experience creating training materials

  • Graphic design skills are a plus
