Prezi is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Engineering Sourcer to join our rapidly growing company. Engineering Sourcer

As Engineering Sourcer at Prezi you will be responsible for developing passive candidate pipeline for Software Engineering teams. You will be discovering great engineers in hard-to-reach places, globally, with the emphasis on the EU and US.

 

Your tasks:

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to define technical roles

  • Build job descriptions and develop posting strategies for maximum exposure

  • Develop, implement, and manage tactical sourcing strategies for technical positions

  • Identify sourcing channels and conduct market research to identify talent

  • Screen and qualify prospective candidates

  • Act as first point of contact for passive candidates and get them excited about Prezi

 

We would love to meet you if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of technical sourcing experience

  • Ideally have a proven track record of being creative with regards to sourcing i.e. thinking beyond standard tools like LinkedIn and job board databases

  • Hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in HR/Engineering

  • Are an excellent communicator in English

  • Are hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills

  • Can change gears on short notice and adapt to the new reality quickly and seamlessly

  • Take pride in work that is top notch and results that are second to none
