Social Media Strategist | Centro

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be responsible for supporting Centro’s clients on a day to day basis while working with the self-service platforms to develop and execute scalable products.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute paid media campaigns across various social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other self-service opportunities.
  • Grow paid social revenue and adoption within Centro’s sales force
  • Lead client calls for upcoming plans and regular check-ins
  • Own the development of strategic proposals and provide client with professional recommendation
  • Interface with Agency media teams to identify client needs, build strategic campaign plans, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion
  • Review client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are sound and viable
  • Improve internal and external documents and assist in the development and documentation of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and the group
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Embrace and encourage a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
  • Work side-by-side with coordinator(s) on individual accounts by sharing campaign goals and working together to deliver successful programs. 
  • Provide in depth analysis and insight on campaign performance to clearly highlight the value that Centro brings and secure future opportunities 
  • Develop case studies and collateral as needed
  • Research and suggest new opportunities to expand our product offering
  • Share industry knowledge of social media and digital advertising news


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube paid advertising
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Adaptable/Flexible
  • A fun, positive attitude that embodies the Centro Manifesto
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Proven communication and organization skills
  • Thrives in a team environment
