Description
Are you an experienced GL Accountant with a good sense of humor, a rock-solid work ethic, and mind-blowing attention to detail? Some of your deliverables as a GL accountant will include accounting for worldwide prepaid assets, administration of the company credit card program, reconciling the employee expense reporting liability account, expense allocations, accounting for charitable contributions and assisting with quarterly and year-end audit deliverables. More about you You enjoy numbers and have 2+ years experience in a GL accounting role in a multinational company and/or BPO/Shared Services Company (preferably in a public company environment subject to SOX). We���d love for you to have experience using Netsuite or another equivalent system (e.g., SAP, Oralce) and have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. Finally you are confident in your ability to communicate in English, both orally and written and enjoy interacting with other departments/functions to ensure accurate and timely financial accounting. More about our team his role will be a member of the operations accounting team at Atlassian which is responsible AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Prepaids and Accruals. In this role you will work with various members of the accounting team in addition to working closely with procurement and budget owners to meet monthly deliverables.
