Recruiting Sourcer or Coordinator (For 2015 Grads)
We are looking for Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting Sourcers to join our rapidly growing team. In these positions, you will be instrumental in building the company with smart, fun, and passionate Boxers. You'll learn the ins and outs of our wacky culture, kick-ass product, and mission, teaming up with brilliant coworkers as you attract the right talent for Box. Ideal candidates are high-energy, smart, and organized individuals who can work quickly to help evaluate and recruit individuals interested in Box. As a Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the candidates, and thus, one of the most important brand ambassadors for the company. You will be responsible for coordinating phone and in-person interviews as well as ensuring a smooth overall interview process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Our coordinators guarantee every candidate has a great experience and continually find ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process and tools. As a Sourcer, you will be on the front-line, helping to identify, evaluate, and recruit the incredible talent that drives our company mission forward. Your responsibilities will range from research, coordination, project management, event planning, and much more. In the process, you'll become an expert at deciphering resumes with the ability to pinpoint high-caliber talent quickly. Because we operate in such a fast paced environment, there will also be plenty of other recruiting projects on top of coordination and sourcing to keep your plate diverse! Over time, you'll have an opportunity to develop your skills as a full-cycle recruiter as you master sourcing, coordination, pitching, and closing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 year degree required from top-ranked college or university
- Proven work or internship experience in fast-moving, challenging environment. Bonus points if it was a startup.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and self-managed, able to think independently but not afraid to ask questions, creative, resourceful, and extremely execution-oriented
- Overwhelming desire to kick ass and grow in your career
- Inspired by working with a fun, slightly wacky team.
