Human Resources Coordinator

Overview:

  • This role is perfect for a new graduate looking to pave their way into HR Analytics, HR support systems, HR Generalist, Compensation Analysis, or Recruiting. This role allows one to explore various areas of Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology, as they will play a pivotal and dynamic role in supporting the data integrity of a fast moving and exciting organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Process employee data changes including new hire, terminations, promotions, supervisor changes, transfers, and other transactions as needed.
  • Partner with recruiting team to ensure a successful onboarding of every type of hire.
  • Conduct HRIS data audits, resolve data issues, and document findings

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field.
  • Experience using excel
  • Previous experience working at SpaceX 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must be willing to work significant overtime.
