Responsibilities

    • Rapidly learn Cloud Content Management, Enterprise 2.0 and the Box model
    • Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources
    • Join technically-oriented calls and conversations with prospects and clients, evangelize Box
    • Spearhead RFP and Security Questionnaire completion
    • Collect, spec, and manage product and engineering requests from Sales Team
    • Assist with and advise on integration implementations, including Salesforce, Google Marketplace, and custom client integrations

Qualifications

    • 4-year technical degree required

We are looking for a Senior Database Operation Engineer with vast experience in database engineering and administration. Deep involvement and experience with MySQL and Big Data systems is a must. QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have expert level knowledge in MySQL 5x, complete understanding of different engines and related utilities such as Maatkit/Percona Toolkit, mysqladmin etc.

Your work will allow Box to scale our sales volume dramatically while ensuring operational stability, enabling analytical insights, and maintaining successful relationships within our partner ecosystem. We are looking for a skilled, experienced individual who will take product ownership over all technical work required to enable a partner to successfully provision, sell, and reconcile with Box. Your responsibilities will include the estimation, prioritization, and delivery of all relevant deliverables. As a part of this, you will oversee the design, development, and testing of these deliverables done either by in house or 3rd party technical staff. Additionally, you will be a key point of contact for our partner’s technical and business stakeholders in early discovery, planning, and onboarding their tools & processes into our internal systems. Your purview will span across all of Box’s internal business systems, and will also include building and maintaining applications that enable partners to tie directly into our publicly exposed provisioning APIs.

Responsibilities

    • Manage, prioritize, and communicate a living backlog of work aimed at supporting Box’s partner-facing provisioning, sales, and billing automation. 
    • Scope, estimate, and deliver technical work in partnership with key engineering, product, and business stakeholders. 
    • Ensure all deliverables are in alignment with internal and external business requirements. Guide and govern timelines for product delivery, partner onboarding, and operational enhancements. 
    • Interface with partner business and technical representatives as a part of early discovery, process planning, and technical onboarding. Be on call to support and direct issues that come up post launch and as a part of running the business. 
    • Lead cross-functional project teams comprised of Box employees and partners aimed at doing whatever it takes to accomplish the collective goal of enabling partners technically to sell & provision Box to their customers, and to operationally reconcile with Box’s internal sales, billing, and reporting systems of record. 
    • Manage the full application implementation cycle all the way through QA, deployment, and adoption. Drive user acceptance testing, regression and integration testing with appropriate groups.

Qualifications

    • 4 year degree required; CS preferred, but not required. MBA preferred but not required.
    • At least 5 years experience in overseeing the full application development and QA lifecycle.
    • Functional knowledge of enterprise sales & billing processes.
    • Capable of driving a group of business stakeholders through the design & decision-making for net new business processes, and of producing necessary detailed documentation for both internal and external consumption.
    • Ability to work well with business users in solutions design, development and QA.
    • Experience in developing test scripts and executing effective test plans and procedures.

We have grown at a record speed over the past few years and we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious salesperson to help us evangelize Box and close pivotal deals.  We have an opening for an experienced field sales executive to join our winning sales team in the Western Region.  We are looking for a track record of proven success with at least 5-7 years in enterprise software sales focused on enterprise content management or related segments. Account coverage may include the Western US, Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas.  As an Enterprise Field Sales Executive at Box, you are a hunter and sales leader experienced in selling SaaS to C-level buyers (IT and LOB) in National accounts.  As a successful candidate you are a creative, energetic, self-starter who understands the sales process. You know how to sell innovation and disruption through customer vision expansion and can drive deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to CIOs and CTOs of Fortune 500 companies. Always hunting for new opportunities, you must be able to close net new accounts while maintaining existing accounts. Our recent deals with General Electric, Eli Lilly, and Boston Scientific underscore our continued record of success and growth. Along with the chance to close an exciting deal, we also offer accelerators above 100% quota attainment.

Responsibilities

    • Present a thorough territory plan within first 90 days 
    • Meet with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and other key stakeholders 
    • Close both net new accounts and existing accounts 
    • Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles 
    • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets 
    • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce 
    • Utilize a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers 
    • Evangelize Cloud Content Management, Enterprise 2.0, and the Box model 
    • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers 
    • Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources

Qualifications

    • 4-year degree required
    • 5-7 years experience in Enterprise Software sales
    • 5 years prior successful sales in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS
    • Extensive prior customer relationships with CIOs
    • Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud technologies
    • Proven successful track record of exceeding sales quotas
    • Success closing net new accounts while working existing accounts
    • Existing CIO relationships and ability to develop C-level relationships within Fortune 500 accounts
    • Experience selling ECM/SaaS/Cloud technologies to both lines of business and IT leaders 
    • Must be a Box user
    • Passion for cloud technologies

    • Inside Sales Rep to help close "smaller deals" within your accounts, while helping you to grow the larger opportunity within the organization

    • In-house counsel to assist on legal matters 
    • Access to Enterprise Collaboration Center where prospects are invited to HQ to meet with Box CEO and other Executives to help acquire new customers
