Responsibilities

    • Annual Business Planning with partners that establishes a clear governance plan for the fiscal year that includes sales, marketing, training and enablement metrics, execution and resourcing to move the needle.
    • Executive level through to individual contributor level contact at the ISV partners to drive forward sales/GTM activity.
    • Build material and campaigns to communicate the Box vision, based on your modelling and forecast of the partnership metrics and how you will get there.
    • Establish the communication cadence externally with the partner and internally to keep everyone on the same page.
    • Lead others in executive sessions, tactical meetings and the drive the right method to communicate broadly on your plans and successes.
    • Establish a sales engagement plan focused on execution that involves sales rep and management commitments and reviews on working with partners.
    • Lead with the marketing teams the goals and objectives of the partnership, creating appropriate go-to-market plans and resourcing internally and with the partner that are metric based and driven.
    • Execute training and enablement of Box and partner sales teams through Box and partner Qualificationsproductivity as the expert on the joint solution being marketed as sold.

Qualifications

    • Degree or 5 years’ experience in an Enterpriser software / solution companies
    • 3-5 years of related experience in a sales, channel sales or alliance management. 
    •  Expert organization and project management capabilities of getting many people moving in the same direction with clear goals.
    • Proven ability to translate strategy to action to execution that is specific, measureable, achievable and relevant to company objectives during a fiscal period.
    • Comfortable with negotiation and confronting hard issues directly, efficiently and without people freaking out.
    • Efficient user of the clock – you just don’t work insane hours because you have “it” together
    • A poster child for using your initiative, coupled with good judgment
    • A bucket of energy when solving problems, but cool under fire which inspires others. You style is a“do and deliver” rather than “plan and talk”.
    • Experience of working with T1 ISV’s such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP etc. would be advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Working across the EMEA region excellent English is a pre-requisite and any additional European languages a bonus but not mandatory

[Cloudera] Senior Manager – EMEA Education Programs

Cloudera’s Senior Manager – EMEA Education Programs will manage all of Cloudera’s EMEA regional training delivery, and training channel activities. This includes management and staffing of the instructor team, as well as managing Cloudera’s channel of training resell, delivery, and academic partners. This role will work closely with the Cloudera sales team to accurately forecast EMEA’s training business, ensure our coverage model aligns with the pipeline of training demand, and provide sales support as needed. There will also be regular interaction with curriculum and certification teams to provide feedback on our courseware, provide subject matter experts for curriculum and certification content, and help schedule instructor authorization events.

This position will frequently serve as the first contact point for Partners, Customers and Internal Staff (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Curriculum Development…etc) seeking information, guidance, and clarification on regional Cloudera training offerings and programs.

 The channels portion of the job is to identify (as needed), manage and drive business through training partners in the region. This includes day-to-day management of multiple existing Cloudera Training Partners; managing schedules and instructor certification, providing sales and marketing support, responding to inbound inquiries, tracking progress toward revenue and certification goals, and ensuring partners adhere to the program processes/procedures.

This position will additionally have peripheral responsibilities to support the recruitment of universities to join Cloudera’s Academic Program, manage territory training resellers, some administrative work associated with Training Partnerships, supporting of training marketing endeavors, assist Business Development in training/certifying Cloudera’s network of Platform, OEM, Application and SI partners, and other tasks needed to support the rapid growth of Cloudera’s business.

The position will report to and interact regularly with Cloudera’s Senior Director of Education Programs.

Campaign Analysis Coordinator | Centro

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Campaign Analysis Coordinator (CAC) is a great entry level role in the digital media industry since it provides a wide view of the complex landscape.  CACs have the opportunity to observe media plans progress from start to finish with hands-on experience at the post-sale, post-launch stage.  This typically means reporting, performance, pacing, and other measurement functions.

The CAC works very closely with the rest of the Analysis team who guides him/her through various tools and Centro processes, providing regular learning opportunities.  In addition to the CA/CAC relationship, CACs work with internal Centro teams and external publishers to make sure everyone is up-to-date on the campaigns.  There are also regular opportunities to shadow Analysts and Senior Analysts on client-facing projects. 

Centro offers many flexible and tailored career paths, but the standard progression from this role is to Campaign Analyst (CA).  The Campaign Analysis Coordinator will work with our internal teams and publisher partners for approximately 1-3 years before beginning to work with external clients as a Campaign Analyst. ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS TEAM

As part of Centro’s Media Operations team, the Campaign Analysis team is responsible for the reporting and performance analysis of Centro’s client-facing digital media offering.  We are a team of four in the Midwest currently and 20+ throughout the country.  We work very closely with our Account Management, Campaign Management, and Sales counterparts to deliver great digital media solutions for our clients.  

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the CA team while learning the digital media business and Centro’s offerings

Senior Director, Client Analytics | Centro

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a critical hire for Centro at an opportune time in our history.  With the shift in Centro’s value proposition from local media buying efficiency to a software as a service media platform, this role will be key to build & deliver the client service to enable this transformation for clients.  Combining multiple platforms & buying mechanisms, this role will be responsible working with sales to define and deliver against client objectives.  Defining solution templates, building predictive analytic calculators, helping in the solution sell-in of media campaigns to clients, building and optimizing campaigns, and using results to define further opportunities.

ABOUT THE TEAM
This position will be the first hire within the region with the intent to create a new team from the ground up to extend our analytical services for clients.  This team will be a core part of the Data & Analytics team at Centro and will align together with the Strategic Insights team.  The Client Analytics team will help advance our mission to help improve our client’s brand and performance goals with their Centro media campaigns.  This team will work closely with the sales and other service teams to deliver against this mission in a dynamic, ever changing environment.     


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be an analytic leader at Centro in advocating for the use of data & analysis to improve on our solutions and programs for clients

Campaign Analyst | Centro

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Campaign Analyst is responsible for the reporting and performance analysis of clients’ digital media campaigns.  CAs monitor live campaigns, provide client reporting, communicate with publishers, and suggest optimizations.  The Analyst role is typically post-sale, but they can be engaged for strategic conversations or measurement guidance pre-IO. 

The person in this role will possess strong analytical skills, but at the same time, be able to translate the data into digestible points.  They should have the ability to analyze raw data, interpret media performance, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications. The analyst must be flexible, adaptable, extremely organized, and able to provide strategic and tactical optimizations for current and future media plans. The Analyst goes above and beyond to provide Raving Fan service for Centro’s clients and internal teams by developing strong interpersonal relationships.

Centro offers many flexible and tailored career paths, but the standard progression from this role is to Senior Campaign Analyst (Senior CA).  Campaign Analysts work with our agency partners to execute media plans for approximately 1-3 years before being placed on large-scale partnerships or in-house agency business as a Sr. Campaign Analyst. This is all dependent on experience, performance, and the region’s business needs.


ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS TEAM

As part of Centro’s Media Operations team, CAs are integral players on account teams that consist of Account Managers, Campaign Managers, Coordinators, and Sellers that service several accounts.  In addition to support team structure, the Midwest CAs also work together.  We are currently a team of four in the Midwest with 20+ Analysts throughout the country.  We work very closely with our Account Management, Campaign Management, and Sales counterparts to deliver great digital media solutions for our clients.

  • Work directly and constantly with Sales and Account Management teams to define campaign key performance metrics and design measurement plans
  • Assist Campaign Management team with tracking strategy and data requirements to meet measurement needs
