[Outfittery] Praktikant Online Marketing (m/w)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unseres Startups in der Analyse von Kundendaten und Kundenverhalten
  • Konzeption von CRM-Maßnahmen auf der Basis der Analyseergebnisse, z. B. Erstellung von Newslettern
  • Schnittstelle zum Business Intelligence Team zur Abstimmung der relevanten Daten
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Bestandskundensegmentierung
  • Pflege des Facebook-Kanals und Unterstützung im Bereich Affiliate

 

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast Dein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.Ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen, studierst noch oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Marketing-Umfeld gesammelt
  • Du gehst sicher mit den relevanten Programmen des MS Office-Paketes um
  • Du hast aktuelle Kenntnisse und einen spielerischen Umgang mit dem Web, genauso wie eine große Affinität dazu
  • Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und eine lupenreine deutsche Rechtschreibung
  • Du bist eine starke Persönlichkeit, hast den unbedingten Willen durchzustarten und die Energie, die ein Startup in einer frühen Phase benötigt

  • You assist our stylists in managing their daily tasks 

 

Your profile: 

  • Fluent language skills in Dutch and English
  • Ideally a professional education in retail or textile industry
  • Experience in Customer Support and Sales is a plus
  • You work independently, are communicative and interested in fashion
  • You are a team player and love to work with the internet
  • Motivation, creativity and flexibility – this is you!

  • Du kannst Dich in jeden Kunden individuell hineinversetzen und stellst ihm das perfekte Outfit aus den besten Marken Europas zusammen
  • Wenn Du es schaffst, dass der Kunde sich in seinem neuen Outfit auf Facebook und vor seinen Freunden präsentiert, kannst Du Dir auf die Schulter klopfen und hast Deine Mission erfüllt

 

Das brings Du mit:

  • Ausbildung oder idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Modebranche im Bereich HAKA
  • Freude und Passion an der Beratung und am Verkauf
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und Mode, Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und sichere Umgangsformen
  • Ein spielerischer Umgang mit dem Web
  • Eine lupenreine deutsche Rechtschreibung, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität – unsere Kunden brauchen Deine Beratung mind. 20 Stunden pro Woche, in den Saisonmonaten auch bis zu 40 Stunden pro Woche

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business economics, business administration or similar with very good grades
  • You have relevant experience in eCommerce, especially in Project Management or Business Development and good knowledge about the Danish market
  • You possess leadership skills and ideally have experience in managing a team
  • You are pragmatic, self-responsible and interactive
  • You have the spirit of managing and want to change the world with us
  • You are a teamplayer and love to think outside the box
  • Your MS-office skills are very good, especially Excel
  • You like to travel

OUTFITTERY är ett framgångsrikt och innovativt företag inom modebranschen beläget central i Berlin, Tyskland. Det nominerades till årets Start-Up år 2012, då det grundades. Vi har ett klart och tydligt mål, nämligen att hjälpa män från shoppingtortyren!

OUTFITTERY GmbH är Tysklands största Personliga Shoppingtjänst. Nyligen lanserade vi vår tjänst i Sverige för att hjälpa snygga män att klä sig ännu bättre. Som stilrådgivare (stylist) hos oss ansvarar du för svenska kunder och matchar outfits så att de passar kundens stil, önskemål och budget.

  • Kommunicera med kunder per telefon och email för att kunna hjälpa dem på bästa sätt; med entusiasm och passion finna rätt kläder för varje person
  • Att få varje kund rätt klädd för varje tillfälle han önskar

 

Din profil:

  • Du är empatisk och har förmågan att arrangera och matcha plagg i flera stilar
  • Du är duktig på varumärken inom modebranschen samt beskriva och känna till olika material
  • Du har en obegränsad vilja att säkerställa att män klär sig rätt och snyggt!
  • Du har svenska som modersmål och talar flytande engelska och/eller tyska
  • Erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna i klädesbutik för män
  • Du är en teamplayer, motiverad, flexibel och glädjs av att göra kunder nöjda!
  • Du är kommunikativ, intresserad av mode, organiserad och kan arbeta självständigt

  • You work on graphic composition and visualization of designs through to the final artwork
  • You develop visual concepts such as CI-guidelines and logos
  • You take design direction from partners, clients, sales representatives and Department Manager
  • You work with us on the development of our brand through design perspective
  • You  create  high  quality  presentations,  visualizations and renderings

 

Your profile:

  • You have a strong experience in design and communication
  • You can develop and adapt layouts for communication tools for online and offline use
  • You are highly passionate about design
  • You have experiences in creating brand materials (e.g. magazines, business cards)
  • You have a great sense of humour and exhibit enthusiasm for your work
  • You are able to understand user needs and to transform them into unique and catchy designs
  • There is consistency in your designs and you have the ability to work within brand guidelines
  • You are conversant in post-production: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Editorial design, Flash and Photoshop animation, UX design
  • You have knowledge of social media, marketing and communication
