We are looking for a sales and marketing intern to join our team in Riga, Latvia. You will learn new skills on the job as you take care of important responsibilities:

• Coordinate, track, analyse and create online marketng campaigns across both paid and free (social) media. Work in connecton with our sales, product and marketng people.
• In cooperaton with sales, work with existng customers to identfy their needs and beter serve them. Requires direct customer communicaton and coordinaton with sales and product management.
• Find opportunites for marketng Infogram in new, innovatve ways. Present learnings and recommendatons to the team for evaluaton.

Requirements

Ideal candidate would:

• be fluently bilingual (English/another lang preferred)
• be an active user of web and mobile products
• be active in social media and have experience in using it for business goals
• produce great written content
• be a fast learner
• want to develop yourself as a sales and/or marketing professional

You are a talented developer who wants to work with the latest technologies on a fast-moving product. You want to make your mark working with a fast-growing, international tech company. We are looking for energy, dedication and a startup attitude.

We are hiring for both frontend and backend-focused positions. You can have a preference for either, or you can be a full-stack generalist. We can carve out the position together with you.

You will at least:

• Refactor existing and work on new groundbreaking infographic creation tools and video capabilities
• Work with statistics / data analytics using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, heatmaps, internal tracking
• Work with billing, team/user account management, payment gateways (Braintree, Paypal)
• Work on data repository separating data from presentation and adding new possible data sources
• Implement great UI for our users

Requirements

We expect you to (note that it's possible to work either on frontend or backend, but knowing both is a great bonus):

• Have brilliant web development skills
• Write effective nodejs code and proficiently use mongodb for backend tasks
• Use javascript, html5, backbone.js, underscore, svg, canvas technologies for frontend tasks
• Work in team environment using Git, Pivotal Tracker and Flowdock
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and processes.
