Business Development Representative - HubSpot - Job Board

HubSpot seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team. This is a great opportunity to be one of the first BDR’s on this team and position yourself for excellent opportunities and career growth. We’re looking for hard-working, competitive and self-motivated individuals who have exceeded already in similar roles and are determined to have a successful sales career

In this role, you will:  

  • Conduct high volume prospecting calls for qualified leads 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned Sales Representative to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for an assigned Sales Representative
  • Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Attend a designated multi-stage training program, intended to equip you with the skills to be promoted onto our sales team within 18 months

You must have:

  • 6 months + experience as a minimum prospecting customers over the phone
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • The ability to deal and address objections
  • A fanatical attention to detail
  • Tons of energy, passion, a sense of humor and enthusiasm
  • Sales training certification (is a plus)

At this point, we are only considering candidates who are a permanent resident in Australia
