HubSpot seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team. In this role, you will:
- Conduct high volume prospecting calls for qualified leads
- Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned Sales Representative to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Schedule online product demonstrations for an assigned Sales Representative
- Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
- Attend a designated multi-stage training program, intended to equip you with the skills to be promoted onto our sales team within 18 months
You must have:
- 6 months + experience as a minimum prospecting customers over the phone
- Bachelor's Degree
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The ability to deal and address objections
- A fanatical attention to detail
- Tons of energy, passion, a sense of humor and enthusiasm
- Sales training certification (is a plus)
At this point, we are only considering candidates who are a permanent resident in Australia
