Your tasks:
- You lead our Machine Learning team
- You guide the team’s research efforts and plan the long and short-term goals
- You design and implement data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment
- You communicate the progress of your team to the stakeholders
Your profile:
- 4 years first-hand professional experience in Machine Learning and Data Science
- Strong management, collaboration and communication skills
- Good presentation skills. You can simplify complex ideas.
- Master’s or PhD degree in the sciences or math
- You embrace a culture of sharing knowledge and like to teach
Your environment:
- You work with data that is generated by over 100,000 customers and 1 million articles of clothing
- We use the Python data tool chain for prototyping
