About the job

We are looking for an analytical, enthusiastic Project Manager or Producer to help us expand our business in Japan. He will be leading the more extensive localisation effort which will include some changes to the art and design of the games.

This position will be based in Japan, with frequent travel to (and communication with) our HQ in Berlin.

• Manage the localization process and needed content updates, including quality assurance and translations.
• Find potential external development partner, build up, manage and optimize outsourcing infrastructure for the game.
• Ensure the production deadlines are met.
• Work closely together with product managers, graphic artists and developers.
• Analyze KPIs to determine impact of new features for the Japanese audience.

Who we are looking for

• 5 years of experience as a producer, project manager, content manager or in a similar role with outsourcing experience.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytical mindset, quantitative degree or similar.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and enthusiastically to individuals and groups, internally and externally.
• Experience in games development is a huge plus.
• Capacity of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.
• Self-motivation, initiative and curiosity.
• You are fully fluent in Japanese and have working level knowledge of English. You don’t need to speak German!
