A sales position contributing towards a successful social network and revolutionizing the world of science. You will be responsible for generating new business through selling our recruiting solution in the Life Science industry, mainly through the phone.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients in the Life Sciences industry.
- Consistently close new business.
- Build long-term, lasting relationships with existing clients to grow repeat business.
- Develop best practices and share them with your team.
- Listen to the needs of your customers and share that knowledge with the Product team.
Requirements
- A native U.S. English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Native knowledge of the market and culture of the U.S.
- Open to the possibility of moving back to the States at some point in the future to establish a sales team there.
- Ability to find, manage and close business in an evangelistic sales environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
- Autonomous Productivity – Being highly productive with little oversight from senior management.
- Accountability – Takes responsibility for their actions and wants to be held accountable for successes and failures.
