A position in which you will have the opportunity to work together with an international team, contributing towards a successful social network and revolutionizing the world of science. As part of our business development unit you will promote our advertising solutions, manage advertising campaigns together with the rest of our team and communicate with our clients at every stage of these advertising campaigns. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating and developing new partnerships in the life science industry, communicating the benefits of our product and getting an in-depth understanding of an ad operations and business development unit. Other tasks will include customer relationship management and assistance with sales leads and materials.
Requirements
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. German is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with customer relationship management software
- Scientific literacy – ideally hands on lab experience in life sciences
- Experience with online advertising is a plus
- High level of energy, a strong customer and relationship orientation
- Comfortable with presenting and explaining ResearchGate's products on the phone
- Good time management skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Friendly, trustworthy and reliable
- Legally able to work in Germany (EU citizen or valid work permit)
