Spanish Channel Consultant - HubSpot - Job Board

The International Services team is seeking a kick-a#! Spanish Channel Consultant to work directly with the highly successful Agency, Value Added Reseller (VAR), program. In this role, you will be working closely and collaboratively with Channel Account Managers to support the execution of transactions, and also working directly with our Partners (VARs) to develop scale and growth strategies for their businesses

Responsibilities:

  • Work as the supporting point of contact and advocate for approximately 100 agencies
  • Independently and successfully manage a high volume of task execution, financial management  and issue escalation cases
  • Maintain a revenue base by supporting account retention and renewal
  • Maintain high activity rates with key partners (VARs), communicating with select individuals regularly
  • Help drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Become an expert in inbound marketing. Serve as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for HubSpot’s suite of products and the inbound marketing methodology
  • Work with partners (VARs) to identify and develop a plan for delivery of inbound services amongst their clients and prospects
  • Assist partner representatives with understanding  HubSpot products, through online presentations and demonstrations
  • Support partners so that HubSpot is considered one of the easiest companies to do business with

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years agency experience in a client-facing/account management role
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skill both written and oral
  • Strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape
  • Must be smart and business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
  • Super organized, quick learner who works well under pressure
  • Strong negotiation skills, comfortable discussing financial options, and dealing with cancellations
  • It’s easy for you to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues that require escalation
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently are required
  • Support an on-going partner relationship to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell rates
