Description

At Atlassian, an HR Systems Support Specialist is a jack-of-all-trades role that is simultaneously outward-facing and internally focused. There’s data entry, process analysis, user support, report writing, system and integration testing and troubleshooting, and a variety of other tasks dictated by constantly changing circumstances and situations. Things you’ll be doing:

  • Work with HR Operations team to test and implement new systems, features, and processes to support the HR Team and all Atlassian employees
  • Coordinate the global new hire onboarding and data collection process
  • Maintain candidate and employee data in HR Systems, ensuring data integrity
  • Create, maintain, and deliver centralized reports and analytic solutions
  • Provide front-line support to managers, employees, and other system users
  • Troubleshoot and monitor HR system integrations
  • Conduct testing for system implementations, updates, upgrades, and patches
  • Assist with maintenance of foundational, hierarchical, and other data tables and sources

  • Bachelors degree
  • Exceptional follow-through capabilities
  • Willingness and ability to quickly master new tools and processes
  • Masterful command of Microsoft Office (or an alternate office suite)
  • Comfort with reporting and analysis software tools and concepts
  • Experience in administration of an HRIS (Workday experience strongly preferred)
