We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to partner with our Experts and Advocate team to drive top-line growth for JIRA. JIRA is our flagship product and used by over 25,000 companies worldwide, by teams of all shapes and sizes, but who all want to make the world a better place through the power of software.

What you will do:

  • Own and drive key product marketing initiatives, focusing primarily on sales/partner enablement and internal campaigns.
  • Partner with Product Management to clearly articulate our product’s value proposition to our partners and advocates
  • Play an integral role in JIRA product launches and go-to-market initiatives
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to create a content strategy that builds channel growth
  • Generate high quality content for channel partners including: webinars, customer facing decks, and enablement kits (including messaging cheat sheets and competitive positioning documents)
  • Analyze results to assure human and capital investments are delivering a great yield
  • Understand the market problems JIRA is solving and identify market opportunities to grow the channel

What you should bring:

  • Experience: 2-5 years Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales Enablement, and/or Product Management experience in a high tech, software company - ideally focused on defining value propositions and product messaging to the partner and sales channel
  • Relevant product background: Experience in marketing to highly technical audiences
  • Decision Making: Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
  • Excellence in:
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional creativity and problem solving skills
    • Teamwork skills
    • Organizational skills
  • BS/BA degree
