Description

Atlassian's People team is looking for analytical, data-driven Total Rewards Senior Specialist who is passionate about building a world-class company and work environment. Responsibilities will include generating reports, HRIS benefits administration, creating wikis for Total Rewards programs and coordinating with leaders to deliver key projects and company wide initiatives.

If you want to work with an international team and have a passion for analyzing data, are a Microsoft Excel wizard and are keen to master new HR systems – then we have the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Show the system savvy in you! Learn about Workday and take a lead role in data integrity particularly for Total Rewards related data fields.
  • Be the Manila compensation guru – educate our local recruiters with the correct benchmarks for the roles they are working on.
  • Flex those MS Excel muscles – you will be expected to extract data from different HR systems, generate reports and analyze them to become significant data for the Talent team.
  • Master the art of documentation – create wiki pages for knowledge-based articles and for collaboration; create notifications for significant events; and keep track of benefits vendors
  • Lead end-to-end benefits administration in our HRIS.
  • Support key HR stakeholders for special projects.

What You've Done:

  • You are equipped with 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • You are good with details and numbers – preferably someone who has finished his or her Bachelor’s degree in Business or Math.
  • You have experience in benefits administration and HR systems. Shared services experience is a plus.
  • You like people as much as you like numbers.
  • You play as a team but can work independently.
  • You adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are born to prioritize tasks and you are not too shy to ask.
