People Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a bright, resourceful, and organized People Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be part of the glue that holds all of our people processes and programs together. You consider yourself detail-oriented, approachable, and someone who works well under pressure. As you are usually the first point of contact for Boxers, you will play an instrumental role in the Boxer experience. You will also have a deep interest in technology and will thrive in a high-velocity, unstructured start-up environment. You'll look to ace your core responsibilities while taking on new projects that move Box (and your career!) forward.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support for Boxers and the rest of the People Operations team
- Ensure people processes (i.e. onboarding, exits, etc.) are smooth and well communicated to all involved
- Respond to Boxer questions and/or escalate to the appropriate groups if necessary
- Complete data entry in Workday and other systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Promote Box culture by supporting Boxiversaries, company events, etc.
- Work on ad-hoc People Ops projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by the team
Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. from top university
- Must be reliable, honest, trustworthy and proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Warm and helpful demeanor
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- Unmatched desire to solve common problems/roadblocks/obstacles
- Willingness to learn new technologies and proficiency with Google Apps (email, calendar)
