The channel marketing manager is part of the Business Development Team in charge of supporting the coordination between HQ and local Biz Dev, of working on Best cases and , of analysing KPI (especially sales and activation KPI).
RESPONSIBILITIES
1/Support to sell-in process and commercial proposals:
In charge of marketing and channel related supports incl.
- Marketing positioning and initiatives
- Music proposal
- Activity and activation key success factors
- Trainings sensibilisation
- Coordinate with HQ teams (Legal, Finance, Acquisition, Marketing, - Technical…)and Biz Dev team when necessary (e.g LATAM)
- Building of the target sell-out process for the all duration of the contract for both new and existing contracts
- Monthly follow up and monitoring of the global sell-out process for all contracts
- Close and weekly follow-up of the sell-out process for prioritized contracts
- Sell-out process definition, follow up and monitoring to be based on information communicated by:
Telecom Business Development team
Local Managing Director and Marketing responsible
Carrier dedicated technical support teams
Finance
Legal
3/Analysis of contract’s economics and key KPI compared to sell out plans
- Monthly basis for all contracts
- Weekly basis for prioritized contracts
- Economics and key KPI to be communicated by:Finance,CRM
4/Support to local teams regarding Deezer sell-out initiatives and carrier’s marketing and channel related requests/ initiatives (if possible) incl.
- Training: sensibilisation, suggested planning and organization, training packs, visits, …
- POS material
- Gift codes distribution
- Product demo
5/Synthetic monthly report to Telecom Business development team and Head of business development providing key KPI, analysis and potential warnings on all sell-out plans/ contracts evolution
6/Activation and activity rates monitoring and accountability incl.
- Key success factors identification among the different actions set up in all contracts
- Constant search for new pertinent initiatives
-Toolbox update, improvement and implementation follow-up
- KPI monitoring
- Internal sensibilisation, ownership and accountability
