CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live and breathe the Centro Employee Manifesto principles, character traits and leadership qualities
- Responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruiting process including applicant tracking maintenance, posting positions, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, entering and monitoring background checks
- Continuously improve processes and procedures
- Attend hiring and networking events as necessary
- Provide an exceptional, high-quality experience to all candidates by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall experience
- Participate in special projects, including diversity, entry-level and internship recruiting initiatives
- Assist with referrals
- Adhere to applicant tracking system compliance
- Accurately compile and update recruiting reports and deliver on time
- Maintain a high level of productivity and service during critical hiring periods without compromising quality and service standards
- Act as a recruiter when needed by screening referrals/candidates, sourcing and assisting within requisitions through ATS maintenance and resume reviews
- Other projects and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of proven recruiting coordinating, or equivalent, experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must enjoy being a part of a high-energy, collaborative team; sense of humor required
- Must thrive in a changing and fast paced environment
- Interest in media, technologies and desire to keep informed of new trends
- Passion for company culture and community building
- High energy, highly motivated and self-directed with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
- Must be results driven with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and manage daily activities, with minimal guidance, to maximize productivity, quality and delivery of services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- Must have advanced computer and database application skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Ability to source and screen candidates preferred
