ABOUT THE ROLE
Our customers live in our application many hours a day, negotiating, analyzing, and reconciling complex deals at blazing speed. We are looking for someone who is excited to work with a dedicated team of product managers, designers and developers to solve complicated problems.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions with users
- Analyze data from different sources and methods to develop a holistic picture of the problems and opportunities
- Summarize results into actionable recommendations that inform product, design, and development strategy and execution
- Present design recommendations via decks, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Conduct and help plan user research, testing, and feedback sessions with users
- Be responsible for the overall user experience across Centro’s entire product line
- Maintain design practices and pattern consistency
- Commit to understanding the process of digital ad campaign management
- Commitment to collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong portfolio that reflects SassS product design experience and skill level
- At least 4 years of professional experience
- Self-starter; needs little guidance
- Proven communication and organization skills
- Thrives in a team environment
- Adaptable/Flexible
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities
- Experience and interest in mentoring junior team members
- A fun, positive attitude that embodies the Centro Manifesto
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree (master’s preferred) in human computer interaction, experimental psychology, cognitive psychology or related field
ABOUT CENTRO
We were founded in 2001, with our roots in local digital buying. We built our own media management system to aggregate small local sites market by market so that advertisers could effectively and quickly utilize the benefits of local digital media. We expanded to working with national sites in 2008 and rapidly grew to one of the largest buyers of digital media in the U.S. We bring the scale of a large media buying agency to our client partners. Today we manage $350MM in digital spending for our clients and we manage almost 6,000 campaigns which gives us incredible knowledge of the marketplace.
Our vision is to deliver a unified, holistic platform to simplify digital media operations. Streamline and scale campaigns across any class of inventory, publisher or digital channel. Centro Media Manager will bring it all together under one powerful yet easy-to-use cloud-based application.
