Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a new coordinator who will work side by side with the recruiting team and every other team at the company to move our entire pipeline of candidates through the interview process smoothly. You will be responsible for creating a well organized, efficient, and enjoyable experience for candidates and interviewers. You will also have the opportunity to help organize company events and serve as the point of contact for various recruiting related initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site and phone interviews for candidates with efficiency & accuracy
- Meet and greet candidates coming in to interview
- Draft offer letters
- Coordinate reference checks
- Assist new employees with finding housing in San Francisco
- Help plan recruiting events
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
- Organize job listings and help manage candidate responses
Requirements
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excited about recruiting!
- Proficient in Google Apps (especially Google Calendar) and Mac computers
- Self-directed and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Energetic, driven, articulate and friendly
Bonus Points
- Experience scheduling and supporting recruiting activity for engineers
- Passion for working in tech/prior experience working at a tech startup
