About the job

As Wooga seeks to grow our presence in Japan, we need someone to keep up our outstanding community management for our Japanese players. You will be part of the small team in Tokyo making sure the locals knows how awesome our games are by delivering an outstanding quality of content on our fan pages. Other responsibilities include:

• Develop the Wooga community in Japan in number and quality.
• Create, coordinate and deliver player communication on Facebook Fan pages and other channels.
• Create events, features and contests that engage and delight the Wooga players.
• Support our PR team in creating relevant stories for Japanese websites, blogs and press.
• Moderate fan pages and other channels.
• Cooperate with our game teams to coordinate game launches on the community side.
• Report on community and fan pages metrics.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor or Graduate studies in Business Administration or Communication.
• Some experience in community management, blog maintenance or journalism, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Outstanding English and Japanese writing skills.
• Knowledge of Photoshop is required. Some experience with HTML, SQL, Video/Audio editing or WordPress is a plus.
• Passion for social media and advertising.
