The Job

For our US office in New York we are looking for a Fashion PR & Communications Associate who is passionate about building up relationships with all different kinds of people. Together in a team with a Content Creator and a Graphic Designer you are responsible for growing STYLIGHTs brand awareness within the US.

Your Responsibilities

• You build a credible & compelling brand image in the US by crafting, executing and promoting STYLIGHTs press campaigns with the widest possible media coverage.
• In a team with a Content Creator & a Graphic Designer you are responsible for the ideation, creation and promotion of our STYLIGHT content marketing campaigns.
• You make sure that our campaigns are shared with the right journalists and editors, in order to get coverage.
• You represent STYLIGHT at important press events, shows & happenings and intensively build and maintain sustainable relationships with B2B media representatives.
• PR and content marketing best practices help you to improve your strategic & day-to-day operations.

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Communications, PR/ Brand Management or similar.
• You have a proven track record of at least 1 year in the field of PR and/or content marketing – preferably working in a PR agency or for a fashion/lifestyle brand.
• You are an absolute pro when it comes to relationship management.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You bring both curiosity and creativity regarding story input and always detect new publication possibilities.
