Head of North America Sales

We are looking for an ambitious, talented and results driven individual with solid sales management and leadership experience from the digital world. As Head of NA Sales you will play a key role in building and developing Kiosked’s global business and expansion to the US, Latam and South American markets.
Reporting to the VP Global Sales, you will be accountable for driving our ambitious commercial objectives and delivering growth across Kiosked growing in content ad network.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Building an outstanding, motivated and successful sales team
• Driving team revenue, customer acquisition and retentio
• Tracking activity within the team through the sales life cycle to ensure the highest standards are maintained
• Pipeline management, forecasting and reportin
• gBuilding and establishing strong relationships with key partners and clients
• Providing coaching and mentoring for the team and identifying key individual development areas

We are searching for a highly motivated, inspirational leader capable of both strategic thinking and tactical delivery. You need to have an exceptional imagination, the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and a sense of wonder and excitement about the future of in content advertising.

• Strong team management with a proven track record in delivering sales growth driven by personal and team success
• Strong client relationships and a well-established network within significant digital publishers alongside a strong knowledge of the advertising industry across, video, brand and programmatic
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively, and influence decision makers both internally and externally
• A can-do attitude and a hunger for delivering results
• A passion for their role and a professional approach to business and management
