- Digital Marketing Skills - Do you know all about online marketing; inbound marketing; content marketing; PPC; and so on - Great, that’s an added bonus!
- PingPong Skills - Do you play a mean game of Table Tennis?
- Web Coding Skills - Happy tinkering with JavaScript & configuring a Bootstrap responsive site.
- Experience working across many CMS platforms such as Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal etc.
- Fluent in German, Spanish or French

- Front-End OO Experience - PHP, Python, Ruby etc.

Duties and Responsibilities of this role:
- Become product expert and help our customers solve any HubSpot problem they have. The support team have probably the best full product knowledge in the whole company, giveing a great foundation for building your career path in Hubspot.
- Go above and beyond to help our customers make the most of HubSpot and realise great success. While working with a customer, if you see an opportunity for them to be even more successful you should pursue that. Don't just fix one problems, but set the customers up for success.
- Work closely with our Developers and Product team to continually improve HubSpot. In support we see all the problems our customers experience so it's our role to be their voice internally and push for product improvements.
- Be amazing; think of yourself as a partner to our customers rather than a rep on the end of a phone. We're aiming to delight all our customers all of the time.
