HubSpot seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our newly established German speaking sales team. This is a great opportunity to be one of the first BDR’s on this team and position yourself for excellent opportunities for career growth as our DACH region team continues to grow. We’re looking for hard-working, competitive and self-motivated individuals who have exceeded already in similar roles and have fluency in both English and German
This role involves:
- Conduct high volume prospecting calls for qualified leads
- Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned Sales Representative to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Schedule online product demonstrations for an assigned Sales Representative
- Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
- Attend a designated multi-stage training program, intended to equip you with the skills to be promoted onto our sales team within 18 months
You must have:
- Fluent English and German, both verbal and written
- 6 months + experience as a minimum prospecting customers over the phone
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The ability to deal and address objections
- A fanatical attention to detail
- Tons of energy, passion, a sense of humor and enthusiasm
