Technical leads at HubSpot are passionate, hands-on engineers who own and guide the direction of the products they are responsible for. They also help develop and train the engineers who report directly to them.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a variety of technologies on the web. Our stack is diverse and includes the following: Java (DropWizard), Python (Django), JavaScript (Backbone.js, CoffeeScript, jQuery), HBase, Hadoop (MapReduce), MySQL, and ZooKeeper.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting and leading teams and has successfully shipped web applications that have scaled to many thousands of users.
