What You'll Do:

  • You would be responsible for spreading the Atlassian love to our candidates.
  • You will develop lasting relationships within Atlassian – with the interviewers and our hiring managers.
  • Support the recruiting function including: scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, and preparing offer letters
  • Create and distribute employment-related correspondence; e.g., applications, forms, offer letters, and orientation materials
  • You will be responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System and Job-boards. (Find the misspelled word in this job ad; include on your CV)
  • You communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating everyone with dignity and respect
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • You will contribute to the overall success of the Talent group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You’re not a robot – you create relationships with the candidates and you speak with them with care and passion.
  • You're not scared of numbers, analytics, and patterns. (Answer this and include on your CV: If it’s 3PM now in Manila – would you say good morning to someone in Poland).
  • You have completed your Bachelor's degree
  • You will work hard but you will always opt to work smart.
  • You have 2+ yeaars of recruiting related experience
  • You have experience in recruiting administration & applicant tracking systems
  • You have strong teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • You have the ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced and changing work environment
  • You can prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently
  • You are self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results
