- Contribute to shaping the overall development strategy at Atlassian, with an emphasis on creating dynamic and modern approaches that address client needs in a fast growth environment.
- Plan and deliver leadership, manager and team leader training. This includes competency model building, vendor, content management and delivery.
- Design and deliver strategic programs to build fast growth capabilities.
- Engage with global leaders to create capability profiles and development plans.
- Create communication and marketing campaigns for key learning events to audiences across the organization from leaders to individual contributors.
- Coordinate and deliver “Rocketfuel” - our Onboarding program for all new Atlassians in Sydney.
What You’ve Done
- Worked in fast growth environments where everyone wanted more than you can deliver.
- Delivered training programs - and walked away with more energy at the end of the class then when you started.
- Created measurable capability changes in leaders and organizations.
- Evangelized learning use across the organization.
And if you’ve got some of this, even better!
- Certification in Crucial Conversations, Situational Leadership, Strengthfinder, MBTI and other leadership or diagnostic programs.
- Knowledge of Learning Design Theory.
- Experience in understanding Motivation 3.0 - popularized by Dan Pink in his book “Drive.”
- Worked with international team members, asynchronously across the globe.
- Worked in environments where open and direct is better than political and “keep it to yourself.”
- Delivered on presentation software, ideally both PowerPoint and Keynote.
