As the Associate Product Manager for Box for iPhone and iPad, you will have the opportunity to influence interface designs, flesh out new ideas, analyze data, and always improve upon our product. All Associate Product Managers at Box enter as a class within the APM Program, which provides the opportunity to work closely with engineering, marketing, business development, sales, customer success and finance teams at Box. As a part of the program, you will have the opportunity to receive mentorship from senior product leaders, attend PM specific trainings, and of course, build beautiful but simple features and products deployed by thousands of companies and loved by millions of users. Participants in this program will gain a strong foundation on Product Management and a solid understanding of end-user-focused enterprise software, while bringing to life new features on our flagship product from design to deployment. Strong candidates are highly analytical and must demonstrate their ability to structure ambiguous requests, and their ability to push a project from conception to completion. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams to figure out exactly what’s needed. Additionally, you must be comfortable talking with customers about technical implementations. You must be comfortable with gathering their requirements for Box products, then efficiently organize and communicate these requirements to developers.

Responsibilities

    • Manage the roadmap and feature implementation for our iOS apps
    • Conduct thorough and quantitative analysis by writing queries, leading to actionable insights to help shape product feature development
    • Dissect and understand core customer requirements and user behavior to inform product design
    • Work with cross-functional teams to author product requirements, collaborate with engineering to drive implementations, and with marketing, sales and customer success to drive a successful launch
    • Construct and monitor key product metrics to inform gaps/opportunities for each feature release, and plan iterations accordingly
    • Continuously monitor trends in iOS productivity apps and stay on top of competitive offerings

    • Bonus: BS degree in a technology-related field
