Business System Integration Analyst

Our first Box Business System Integration Analyst will be key to enable the business system and ops team and to deliver high quality integration products amongst many exciting cloud business systems at Box. You will be working with business system leaders and collaborating with our IT team utilizing your technical expertise and business insights. You will build business applications and influence the design of integration features that improve the reliability of our applications and systems. You must have the ability and interest to work on a range of different types of projects and business processes, and must have a background that demonstrates that capability. You will have frequent interaction with senior management to define business requirements, solution spec design and configuration, and full-cycle implementation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business System and Ops team to define business processes, system requirements, delivery roadmaps, and go-forward support processes
- Work closely with cross functional partners in Accounting, Finance, Planning, Payroll, Product, and Engineering to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Partner with the IT team in defining technical requirements and executing best-in-class solutions
- Document, organize, and manage integration projects end-to-end and drive a successful delivery
- Continuously support and enhance implemented solutions
- Partner with IT to architect innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems
- Manage ongoing list of activities and work-streams within individual projects and across projects
- Define and maintain business systems roadmap to ensure long-term alignment with overall business processes
Qualifications
- 4-year degree from top-tier university with strong academic performance
- BS/BA in a technical, business, or other analytical field required
- 3-4 years of working experience in implementing and customizing business system integration solutions
- Participation in several full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support)
- Great knowledge of one or more business processes (e.g: Procure-to-Pay, Quote-to-Cash, Plan-to-Report, or Record-to-Report)
- Experience working with Cloud Integration solutions, such as: MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica is a big plus
- Experience working with SaaS business systems, especially WorkDay, Netsuite, Zuora, Concur, Coupa, or Anaplan is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with partners of diverse backgrounds both in and outside of the organization
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Passion for cloud technologies
